- Complete hard copy packets should be delivered in person or sent via Postal Service to the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), 490 Chalan Palasyo, Agana Heights, Guam 96910. SHPO is located across from the US Naval Regional Hospital.
State and National Register Nominations
- Initial State Register Nominations must be submitted through the intake email in Word Format by the submittal deadline
- Revised State Register Nominations must be submitted through the intake email in PDF format by the deadline provided in the review letter
- National Register Nomination must be submitted to the SHPD office in Disk format following NPS guidelines
